Sue Wright

Sue Wright

Sue’s approach is very interactive and practical - her natural style encourages individuals to explore and apply concepts in their own way and take on board what is relevant and useful.  In her coaching practice Sue creates rapport and builds strong relationships with coachees, who remark on her enthusiasm and ability to engage and motivate and also her strong support on their ‘journey’.
Throughout her career Sue has always taken great satisfaction from seeing others learn, develop and succeed, so her coaching philosophy is to ensure her coachees leave the interaction, however short, with a smile and a feeling that they have ‘got somewhere’ in terms of their goal, or gained an important insight into their personal motivations, situations or aspirations.
