Slađana has experience across all sectors, including private (IT, pharmaceutical, oil&gas companies) across Europe, public sector in Serbia, international and regional NGOs. One to one coaching and coach/mentor supervision are her focus for the last few years. She worked as accreditation manager for EMCC back in 2010 and 2011 and is establisher and first president of EMCC Serbia. From 2017 she holds Diplomate in Logotherapy from Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy in Texas, USA. She is also an author of the first book about Coaching in Serbian language, published in 2009 and sold in 1000 copies all across ex-Yugoslavia. With 33 authors from the world Slađa has contributed to the book “Carried by the Spirit: Our Hearts Sing: Discerning Meaning during the COVID-19 Pandemic” published in 2020. Her style is gentle and supportive. Coachees and supervisees state that her energy is calming and her wisdom comes from her life experience in this part of the world (war in ex-Yugoslavia, years of country isolation) and knowledge and interest in many different fields (music, aikido, quantum physics). Her knowledge from logotherapy is her differentiation point in the coaching and supervision practice.
