Simon likes to encourage clients to look at issues another way, finding that approaching things from a different perspective often highlights alternative solutions to unblock the problem. He has particularly enjoyed working with people who feel that they have reached a frustrating plateau in their career, as well as helping them transition smoothly into a new role. He has also worked extensively with individuals to help them understand their own leadership style and how to use this constructively with their teams, peers and stakeholders for maximum business results.

Before moving into leadership development Simon held Client Service Director roles for GE Capital in Paris and then McCann Erickson in London. This hands-on business experience enables him to bring a practical, goal-orientated approach to his coaching. He has been coaching professionals for fifteen years at all levels from CEO to first line managers in both the public and private sectors. Simon has worked with teams and individuals during company acquisition, mergers and integrations to focus on change management and the management of teams.
