Salam uses Positive Psychology applications in her coaching to optimize organizational and individual performance. She doesn’t rely on offering solutions nor giving feedback. Salam gives her coachees the tools to think for themselves and see the world in a different way.

Corporate Experience
Salam managed human capital development programmes designed to address contentious issues such as decentralisation, exploiting of authorities and leadership. She worked with the King Abdullah II Fund for Development on a civil servants’ leadership development programme. In line with the Jordanian national policy for building capacities to promote sustainable progress and elevate the socioeconomic status and enhance policy reform in Jordan.
Salam worked in the corporate world for nine years: as the Manager & CEO Deputy and Capacity Building & Leadership Consultant in the Middle East, for The Inspirational Development Group. A management and leadership consultancy with a global footprint, deeply associated with The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
She managed Business Development strategy and recruitment in UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, Iraq and Saudi, maintaining and managing active accounts, and acquiring new clients. Her responsibilities included devising and implementing a holistic approach to complex strategic issues, through rigorous diagnostics, competency frameworks and measurement of performance.
Previously, in 2009 Salam employed her experience and cultural judgment, innovation, strong work ethic, and humor, and started as solopreneur in organizational development. She worked with clients to expand their corporate’s business and branding, and overcome complex business challenges in high-pressure environments. She provided consultancy support in strategy, tactical marketing, business development, and product commercialization. In addition to planning and leading on professional development programmes. Salam has worked with both the private and public sectors with individuals and teams including, executives, professionals, young leaders, and entrepreneurs.
