I believe that great leadership starts with the ‘self’ – knowing and being able to articulate what we want to achieve to other people in ways which are authentic and which give people space to join in.
Coaching is a powerful technique for leaders, both to help themselves and for them to help others be the best they can be. I am both a giver and receiver of coaching.
