I work with business leaders to help them create great outcomes using collaborative approaches that enrol and engage their organisations in the enterprise of change.  I believe that great leadership starts with the ‘self’ – knowing and being able to articulate what we want to achieve to other people in ways which are authentic and which give people space to join in.

Coaching is a powerful technique for leaders, both to help themselves and for them to help others   be the best they can be.  I am both a giver and receiver of coaching.

I am known for my inclusive and collaborative approach to leadership, my strong analytical skills and for creating insight from my extensive experience across a substantial number of complex business change projects.
