Rachel is an executive coach. Her background is largely public sector where she worked as an HR consultant, qualified coach, facilitator & OD practitioner before leaving to gain experience in the private sector. She works with a wide range of clients from senior managers to CEO’s, clinicians & board members. She recently delivered a global leadership programme, which included 1:1 coaching with executives across the world. Rachel is respected for her high levels of integrity & insight. She is always approachable and builds strong working relationships with her clients. Rachel is a true professional, who is passionate about Leadership & improving the quality of people’s thinking.
