He is fascinated by how people change and learn and how they choose to play their part in the various organisations that influence their lives. His work as a coach, facilitator and lecturer is focused on helping people to make those choices as authentically as they can.
Peter is accredited by the Association for Coaching and holds masters’ degrees in Coaching & Mentoring Practice and Organisational Behaviour. He is an internationally published author on coaching and coach development.
