Paul is a friendly and insightful leadership coach who is currently the Head of Education, Learning and Development and West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust.  As a coach within his organization, Paul has partnered with many of the Trust’s senior management and other clients of all ranks to coach for strategic planning, service development, leadership development and the development of personal potential.  He also fulfils the role of mentor and supervisor coach to all other coaches practising within the Trust and is responsible for their training.
