The coaching impacts questionnaire has been created to
   • Evaluate the coaching service that the coaching client (‘Coachee’) is receiving
   • Engage you in the coaching evaluation tool
   • Identify different perspectives between you and the Coachee
   • Identify and agree key development issues for the coachee
Part one sets the baseline at, or near, the beginning of the coaching.  It is a self-assessment format, linking general skills with the Network Rail values and Leadership Behaviours.  It also asks about your perspective on the Coachee’s coaching goals and the progress they are making.

Simon has worked in general management, leadership development and change consulting for over 30 years. A former Royal Navy Officer, Simon was a founder member of the UK Armed Forces Psychological Operations Unit, creating change in highly complex and challenging environments.
