Starting his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in London, Breandan subsequently joined Morgan Stanley where he held various leadership roles in their London and New York offices. As an Executive Director, he led operational management, project delivery and people development and a global team of 40 analysts spread across 5 countries. He transitioned in 2016 to focus his work on coaching, facilitating and advocacy and lectures on the topics of leadership and disability at New York University.
