Marcia Reynolds
Marcia has over 36 years of experience working internally and externally with global corporations in leadership training/coaching and organizational development. Her expertise is in working with leaders to understand and build their capabilities in the areas of emotional intelligence, stakeholder relationships, and conflict management. She is a past president and current director of the International Coach Federation (ICF) global board, is the Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute at Virginia Tech, and on faculty of coaching schools in Russia and China. She has a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and has spoken at the Harvard Kennedy School, Cornell University, and Business Colleges in Asia and Europe.
