With more than 25 years of corporate experience, Lisa has worked in a variety of leadership, marketing and coaching roles. Some key accomplishments include:

  • Acting Director of Management Development at Nuance Communications, where she delivered learning and development programs to 800+ managers globally.
  • Internal Senior Leadership Development Consultant in the Verizon Business Talent Management Group, partnering with high potential senior executives and managers in the Corporate, Government and Education markets.
  • Internal Senior Leadership Development Consultant on the IBM sales transformation team where she coached VPs, directors and managers. Lisa also co-managed the design and deployment of learning programs that provided 1,300 sales leaders with key coaching skills to improve climate and increase results.
  • Senior Talent Management & Career Coach with two premier career management firms, supporting hundreds of executives and managers in Fortune 500 companies through a career transition.
