Kish is a leadership coach with particular expertise in the health sector. She coaches people to realise their potential and value their contribution particularly when engaging with the customer and other health professionals and her clients range from graduates to directors. Her experience includes being a director for a small pharmacy chain and working with senior management teams in major corporations.
Both in work and the wider community Kish strives to work with people of different cultures to enable them to realise that each individual has so much to contribute and learn.

Kish’s experience in the corporate arena includes working for a telecommunications company for 20 years as well as being a director for a small chain on pharmacies. Both these environments have undergone huge changes in terms of structure, strategy and people over these 20 years.
Kish has worked on many IT projects over the years. She has delivered multi-million pound software projects beginning with the requirements stage through to implementation.
Within the pharmacies Kish has overseen IT implementations, pharmacy refits and staff training all of which has required a wide range of project management skills.
Kish is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). She has trained as a coach by the Co-Creative Alliance and is now an ICF Certified Leadership Coach.
