I coach leaders in the company. The target is from middle management to top management. The main themes are leadership development, team building, and successor development. The goal of coaching is to bring out the abilities of subordinates by upgrading the ability of clients to interact with their subordinates.
Being a good coach, creating a new form of dialogue within the team, allowing members to come up with ideas for the team and experience the joy of growing on their own.
Coaching approach: We will share the current situation from feedback, interviews, assessments, etc. of clients and stakeholders (bosses, colleagues, subordinates), and will proceed with thorough discussions with clients. During the project period, we will proceed while feeling the growth of the team as a whole, not just the client. I hope that this will allow the next generation to realize that leaders will grow not only with themselves but also with those around them.
