June has extensive experience of major global organizations having worked as an HR executive and internal coach in BP, BT, RBS & Lloyds Banking Group. She has considerable experience working with those facing strategic business challenges and has worked on breakthrough projects; meaning-making and purpose, turnarounds, integrations, major culture change and transformation agendas. 

June is also a Lay Court Member at Edinburgh Napier University, Trustee of the University Development Trust and Programme Director, School for CEOs.
