Julia lives with her husband, 17 year old step daughter and two working cocker spaniels who enjoy her love of the outdoors. She likes watching sport, the theatre, travel and indulging her natural curiosity by learning.

She specialises in leadership development, performance management, behavioural shifts and change management within the dynamic and competitive retail environment.  Julia has had extensive experience and success coaching those wishing to secure promotion to senior management levels both within Head office environments and retail stores.
