- Ten years as a Director – Recruiting and Retention – Accenture global management and technology consulting firm. Worked out of Connecticut, US.
- As a Director of Recruiting  / Retention, I developed unique programs that helped the firm recruit hundreds of entry-level through experienced hires. I developed affinity groups, mentoring programs and various other initiatives that helped to raise engagement and quality of work.  I provided ongoing career coaching to consultants at all levels. I led a team of 5.
