Jennifer McCanna

Coaching is not just for when you have a challenge in life and work, but will help you build upon your current and past successes so you can achieve transformational results. I work with clients holistically, but treating you as a whole person with a unique set of values, beliefs and experiences that informs your decision making.  I work by listening to what you’re about, challenging you, helping you consider new possibilities so that you can make informed choices about who you want to be, and what you want to do.  I will hold you to account, so you focus on doing what you need to do to achieve your goals.
Jennifer is a working mother who enjoys balancing both family and professional challenges, as well as keeping up with her first study – cello playing - and more newly discovered passions such as playing mixed 5 a side football.
