Eileen Blumenthal has over 15 years’ experience providing Executive Coaching and strategic consulting, training and facilitation services. Her work is results-driven and values-based.
Eileen partners with clients to maximize their effectiveness and increase their professional and personal fulfillment. Her client base includes managers at all levels of the organization, with an emphasis on stellar performers and ascending leaders. Prior to founding her coaching and consulting practice, Eileen practiced labor and employment law and was a senior leader in a $20 million community-based organization.
Eileen is a faculty member at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and served on the faculty of the Great Plains Public Health Leadership Institute. Eileen supervises individuals participating in CTI’s Certification program and serves as an examiner for students seeking their Certification credential.
Eileen provides Executive Coaching through LeaderSpring, an organization that develops communities of leaders, and is a member of several coaching teams providing leadership coaching to senior leaders in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She is also a mentor to a panel of 200 Executive Coaches providing coaching to global leaders.
Eileen has served on several Boards of Directors and received an award from the State Bar of California for her pro bono work.

Eileen received a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law; a Masters of Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education; and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University. She was certified as an Executive Coach by the International Coach Federation and the Coaches Training Institute. She currently holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach.
