Phil works as a coach and senior facilitator in many of his clients. He has worked at all levels including board members but is equally comfortable with first line managers and technical/functional specialists.
He has worked in most industry sectors from Nor for Profit through to Pharma, Oli and Gas, Financial Services and Automotive.

Phil is a skilled facilitator and coach, with a result focus, trained and accredited in conflict resolution, high performance leadership behaviors and organizational development models.
He is involved in the design, implementation and delivery of leadership development programs across business sectors and geographies including the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the US.
Phil spent 17 years of his early career at NatWest, working as a senior manager and strategic change consultant, involved in a broad range of businesses including technology and property development. He was deeply involved in the business recovery operation following terrorist attacks in the City of London and subsequently led a team developing business continuity and risk planning. Phil went on to lead a team at Coutts, the private bank, where he planned and led a team executing European strategy for entry into the Euro zone.
