Corporate Experience

Simona graduated in Political Sciences at University in Pavia, after graduating she attended the Master in Business Administration at ISTUD in Belgirate.
Her career in the HR started as an HR Analyst, PIRELLI PNEUMATICI ITALIA in 1988 with Organizational planning, design of the organizational structures and staffing requirements, then she joined RCS Periodici as Head of Organizational Development for 7 years. She moved later to Nestlè as Head of the Development and Recruitment Department.
Her following experience was as Senior Manager Area Transportation in Ernst & Young Consultants, where she applied all the methods and experiences practiced about change management in several projects for Clients belonging to the Transportation area.
After that she came back at the RCS Media Group where she developed further experience as a Head of Training, Compensation and Recruitment Department and finally she moved to the RCS Libri (a publishing company of the same Group) where she was the Director of Human Resources at international level.
Since 2016 Simona has been part of the GSO Company team and began her professional careers as coach. From 2017 she became Head of the Elan Leadership Coaching Business Unit.
