Noelle has worked for eights years in FMCG companies and one year in the first office in China of a world leading consulting company.
In her corporate years, Noelle was the manager of learning and development. She worked closely with the sales and manufacturing units in particular as she worked with the factory manager in identifying the strengths and weakness of the working process and then helped introducing a Continuous Improvement program into the system. With the sales team, she worked with the sales representatives in the field to understand the market and customer situation, brought in a new sales program specially designed to build capabilities in the front- line reps as they implemented the new sales strategy in a new market sector. Other than this, her role ranges from budgeting, launching needs surveys, installing programs for general development needs for managers and special needs required by different functions. She was successful in launching the Talent Review and Succession Planning in the organization during when she was engaged in conversations with each department head and then facilitating the learning sessions for managers.
