Fiona has over 20 years HR experience working in a range of organisations from small creative agencies to large blue chip organisations.
For over 10 years, she worked in-house in a large, complex organisation (BT) going through significant and continuous change. Her various organisation development roles focused on leadership development, exec coaching, team coaching, engagement, talent and change. Fiona’s partnered with leaders and had first hand experience of the common challenges leaders face whilst implementing change or trying to change their behaviour.
Fiona now works as an independent coach and team coach helping individual leaders and teams become more effective.
