I have worked as a HR manager for 5 years (From 2002 to 2007)
Before I was in charge of communication in an Economic Agency and in my 30 I was the Director of a Best Western Hotel with a large team to lead to our commercial outcomes. I am pretty proud than when I quit the job the direction was sorry I quit and told me that it was the only hotel among the 5 they owned where the team was closed.
Now I work as a coach for 17 years for different companies in: International development and humanitarian organisations (Plan, VSO) Communication, catering, associations, non benefit organizations, insurance, banks, IT…
Most of my coaching experience is with teams and individuals. I did leadership coaching and team coaching. I did a lot of work around conflicts and self-confidence and with team I help them to know each other and to learn how to work well together.
I am also trained in supervision and work as a supervisor for professional coachs.
