Corporate Experience

Elisa graduated in Sociology at University "La Sapienza" of Rome, after graduating she attended the Master in Organization and Human Resources at the Luiss Business School. Her career in HR started in 2005 in Tesi where she dealt with managerial training and performance evaluation systems.
She joined Neo-Polis in 2006 and continued her experience in consulting projects in the fields of Strategy, Organization, Management and Development of Human Resources, and Development and Training within complex companies.
Since 2011 she has been part of the GSO Company team and began her professional careers as coach. From 2017 she becomes Head of the Elan Leadership Coaching School.
