Corporate Experience

Before coaching Tony spent more than 18 years working for multi-national chemical companies, living and working in a number of countries.  He had a range of both technical and commercial roles with one common thread – to drive change.  It was working on these large international change projects that really open his eye to effective and not so effective leadership styles.
