Donna C. Coulson

Donna is an Executive and Career Coach who worked for three major corporations prior to starting her own practice: AT&T/Bell Laboratories, Prudential Insurance & Real Estate Investments and NJ Natural Gas. Her management roles were in Executive and Employee Development using training, coaching, speaking and field visits as learning tools. She has a background in Labor Relations, HR, Marketing and Organizational Development.
Since 2000, Donna has been on the faculty of Corporate Coach University, an international virtual coaching school with 12 hours of faculty development offered annually. She is an International Coach Federation Examiner for the ACC level exams. She is a Mentor Coach in the Cameron Business School Executive Network at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington.

Donna worked with Fortune 500 clients through affiliations with Rutgers Center for Management Development and WOMEN Unlimited, a company that develops high potential emerging leaders, senior managers and executive women in 15 cities in the US.
Donna conducts her own leadership development workshops and coaching for utilities, pharmaceuticals, insurance companies, financial institutions and life science organizations.
She works well with analytical executives who were once engineers, IT or rocket scientists as well as MDs. She inspires leaders to get things done through people, teams and despite conflict. Executives like her frankness delivered in a supportive manner that allows them to make changes in their leadership style.
Credentials
Donna is a PCC, having completed 125 hours of coach training with Corporate Coach University and an additional 60 hours of ICF core competency training with Fast Track Training with Susan Sussman, MCC. In 2012, she completed a 12-hour Positive Psychology course with this firm.
Donna taught Health Coaching and Mind Body Medicine at UMDNJ, University of Medicine & Dentistry, in their MS Wellness virtual program. She is a new faculty member with a Coaching program offered through North Carolina State University where she coaches 2 participants.From 2003-2012, Donna group-coached and networked 88 HR Job Transitioners to new positions during a tough Recession. She was recognized by her SHRM chapter for this work.
