A senior member of the Forton Faculty, more than 20,000 organisational leaders worldwide have participated in coach training under her guidance since 1997.

Cynthia's accomplishments include significant improvements in customer satisfaction, employee productivity and employee morale. As an internal corporate consultant accountable for the creation and implementation of cultural change and people development strategies she provided leadership for several key programs: Executive Coaching, Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Employee, Total Quality, Communications, and Employee Training & Development.

Cynthia has over 20 years experience as a leader for customer sales and service teams within customer-focused organization.

Cynthia holds expertise in leading organizational change, strategic visioning, executive development, energizing personal growth through coaching at the individual and team level, facilitation and leading training symposiums. As an executive coach Cynthia works to create strategies for personal and organisational growth with a focus on performance.

As a business professional she has extensive experience in directing the provision of customer service and sales to large national customers.
