Prior to founding her own organisation in 1989, Carolyn was a Partner and NSW Human Resource Development Manager with Australia’s largest firm of corporate psychologists. Before developing her expertise in learning and development, she worked with that firm in executive selection and other organisational consulting areas. Late in 1998, she made the decision to specialise in one-on-one coaching, and two years later added Team Coaching to the mix of services she offers. Now she works exclusively with C-level executives, leaders and teams who seek to accelerate their success.

Carolyn works intimately with key leaders who are in a hurry to further boost their success.  She is a highly credentialed and experienced coach who offers an insightful understanding of executives’ and leaders’ worlds gained from working in the HR development field for more than 25 years.

She develops trust filled relationships with the executives and leaders she coaches—relationships that facilitate authentic, outcome-focused discussions and lead to the leader raising their potential and to outstanding performance and results.

Carolyn is results-oriented and authentic, and able to draw on an eclectic array of approaches, tools and techniques to suit the situation. The breadth of her experience helps her perceive the important issues, understand the underlying needs, and use the best approach, tool and technique for the unique circumstances of each individual.
