Ann Reich
Ann Reich has seven years’ experience in Executive Coaching, and over 20 years’ leadership experience in financial services spanning Client Service, Operations, Human Resources and Sales.
As a trained Executive Coach, Ann partners with executives one-on-one and with their teams to discover and act on, their authentic and collective strengths. She is highly valued by her clients for her ability to foster trust and champion them as they clarify and move toward their vision.
As a faculty member with Adler International Learning, she continues to deepen her own coaching expertise by teaching and mentoring coaches-in-training and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the coaching certification program.
Ann has found her greatest joy and learning, parenting, with her husband, their three children 31, 19 and 17. A passionate dancer as a young girl, she has had the privilege of watching their youngest daughter dance competitively for 11 years! She is also an avid yoga practitioner and loves to read.

Ann is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and completed her coaching certification through Adler International Learning and the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. She is also a qualified practitioner of the Tilt 365® Positive Influence Predictor, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and the DISC Profile System and a certified facilitator of Foundations of Leadership: A Coach-Approach for Leaders™.
Ann holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Linguistics from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada.
