Bob is a leadership development specialist, experienced leadership coach and people manager, with a successful track record in people motivation and project delivery over the last 25 years.

He has coached a variety of leaders in large corporations, and has had particular success with high potential leaders. As well as being a co-founder of the Forton Group’s ’Professional Leadership Coaching’ certification programme, Bob has delivered a variety of training courses in the field of leadership development, coaching and change management. As part of his commitment to the profession, Bob has served on the ICF Ethics Committee and written a number of papers on internal coaching ethics.
